Self-order kiosks are a big hit
Now this was bound to work. Who doesn't want to not stand in a long queue, order quietly, after taking their own sweet time at a kiosk? McDonald's India has kept the ordering process very simple. You first need to touch the screen to start. You then can choose between food and beverages. Then simply click on the burger, fries, wraps, whatever you wish to buy and it will all be added to a cart, very much like your shopping process on an e-commerce website. You can also customize your burgers here. If you want to hold the mayonnaise or add extra cheese slice, you get to do that as well on a kiosk. And if you order even once using a self-order kiosk, you will be very fast while ordering the next time, because it's just too simple.

McDelivery app is where you order your McDonald's app. But McDonald's app is different. Its mostly about dine-in. If you are in a McDonald's restaurant, before you order, we suggest you open the McDonald's app and click on offers. You will get offers exclusively designed for you, which you can redeem in the next ten minutes. Besides offer, wedding customs you can also know the brand up-close and personal via McDonald's app. The app takes you to McDonald's app which has pretty much everything you want to know about the brand: where do the ingredients come from? Are the veg and the non-veg kitchens separate? All of it.
Play while we prepare your food
Not that McDonald's takes more than a few minutes to prepare your order, but it is still good to be busy. So at all its Experience of the Future EOTF restaurants, you will see tabs at tables where you can play games. This one is especially loved by kids and teenagers. There are wireless chargers as well.
